The Value Added Scheme Card may be obtained on presentation of this registration form either from the Tourist Information Offices at the Malta International Airport and in Valletta, or from your local handling agent when in Malta. Please ensure that you present your flight ticket and passport or identity card when collecting your VASC.

1. The offer is not valid to holders of Maltese passports.
2. The VASC is not transferable. Please ensure that you retain card following each transaction.
3. The offer is valid for those travelling to Malta with non-Maltese passports during the days of the festival only, i.e. 7th to 17th October 2004.
4. Travellers with non-Maltese passports, irrespective of age, are entitled to participate in the scheme except when Maltas laws impose an age restriction. Purchase of products or services being offered are each governed by the respective companys conditions
5. The card is not redeemable against part-payment or any other form of re-imbursement.
6. Any personal data supplied to the Malta Tourism Authority in virtue of the applicant filling in this form will be processed by the Authority for the purpose of customer care services in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 2001.
